Original recipe calls for Almond Flakes, or it says we may substitute with pumpkin seeds. I have a pack of sunflower seed left so decided to use it.
It was very crispy but a little bit too hard for kids. HOWEVER, due to its delicious-yummy flavor, my 15mths old son loves it ^.^
Coincidentally, I made these too :) I suspect your mixture may be too thick, try to spread it thinner next time.
ReplyDeleteeh, by putting more coconut milk?
ReplyDeleteactually I did try to dilute the batter with some warm water for the last 10 pieces, but still the same :P
Oh.. your recipe requires coconut milk? Then it's not the same recipe I've tried. You may check out my recipe here

ReplyDeletesure thing will try out your recipe cause it's really easy to just pour the batter big enough and then break into smaller pieces after baked :P
