Sunflower Seed Crisps

Original recipe calls for Almond Flakes, or it says we may substitute with pumpkin seeds. I have a pack of sunflower seed left so decided to use it.

It was very crispy but a little bit too hard for kids. HOWEVER, due to its delicious-yummy flavor, my 15mths old son loves it ^.^

  1. Coincidentally, I made these too :) I suspect your mixture may be too thick, try to spread it thinner next time.

actually I did try to dilute the batter with some warm water for the last 10 pieces, but still the same :P

sure thing will try out your recipe cause it's really easy to just pour the batter big enough and then break into smaller pieces after baked :P
