According to the recipe, my cake should crack all over the top but it didn't :P But for sure, the taste is goOOod!!
Should have beautified my cake with icing sugar, but forgot about it :P

I am not sure what went wrong...but I suspect maybe it is the beating of the egg whites. If the egg whites are not well beaten, and when during mixing of the batter, the whites may be deflated too much, as a result, the cake didn't rise too much in the oven (did it??) The cake has to rise (dome, not flat) in the oven, so the surface will start to crack when the baking time is almost up, leaving a crisp crust. After baking and upon cooling, the cake will shrink in the centre to create a sunken crater. I hope you can give it a try again since this cake is so so good!
